It delivers a minimum 60W output through a 105μm core / 125μm cladding, 0.22NA multimode fiber with a 2m length and FC bare ferrule connector. Featuring VBG wavelength locking, it achieves a narrow spectral width of 0.5nm (FWHM) with 90% of the energy concentrated within 974.5nm–977.5nm, an ultra-low wavelength drift of 0.02nm/°C, and a high electro-optical efficiency of 50%. The module integrates anti-reflection protection for the 1020–1200nm band (30dB isolation) to withstand back-reflected light from fiber lasers, and offers optional built-in thermistor and photodiode for temperature and power monitoring. With a compact 80mm×48mm×12.6mm gold-plated package and 6-pin electrical interface, it is an ideal pump source for fiber lasers and scientific research.
