The K976BNERN-530.0WN0N-20022F20EFF is a high-power, wavelength-locked fiber coupled semiconductor laser developed by BWT. It delivers a minimum output power of 530W at a center wavelength of 976±1nm through a 200μm core / 0.22NA multimode fiber with an FC bare ferrule connector. Featuring a narrow spectral width of 0.7nm (FWHM), 50% typical power conversion efficiency and built-in anti-reflection protection over 1020~1200nm with 30dB isolation, this module is specifically designed as a reliable, stable pump source for fiber lasers.
