The K976BNZRN-430.0WN0N-20022F20EFF is a 976nm 430W wavelength-locked fiber-coupled diode laser module from BWT. It delivers a minimum of 430W fiber output power at a center wavelength of 976±1nm through a 200μm core / 0.22NA multimode fiber with an FC bare ferrule connector. Thanks to wavelength locking, the spectral width is narrowed to 0.7nm (FWHM, typical) with 90% of the energy concentrated within 974.5~977.5nm. The module offers a high electro-optical conversion efficiency of 49%, built-in anti-reflection protection for the 1020~1200nm band with 30dB isolation, and a compact 138×66×16mm package weighing only 500g. It is an ideal high-brightness pump source for fiber lasers and scientific research applications.
