K976A02RN-3.000W 976nm 3W Fiber-Coupled Laser Diode Module
The K976A02RN-3.000W is a wavelength-stabilized 976nm fiber-coupled laser diode module delivering 3W continuous-wave output power. The laser light is coupled into a multimode fiber (105μm core, 125μm cladding, 0.22NA, 2m length, 0.9mm jacket) terminated with an FC bare ferrule. It features a narrow spectral width of 0.5nm FWHM (typ.) with 90% of the energy confined within 974.5nm~977.5nm, a high electro-optical conversion efficiency of 50% (typ.), and built-in back-reflection protection with 30dB isolation over the 1020nm~1200nm band. Housed in a compact gold-plated 2-pin package with mounting flanges, it is an ideal pump source for Yb-doped fiber lasers and amplifiers.
