The K976BN1RN-140.0W is a high-power, wavelength-locked fiber-coupled diode laser module from BWT. It delivers 140W of output power at a stabilized center wavelength of 976±1nm through a 105μm core / 0.22NA multimode fiber with an FC ferrule. Featuring volume Bragg grating (VBG) wavelength locking, the module achieves a narrow spectral width of 0.6nm (FWHM) and concentrates 90% of its energy within 974.5~977.5nm, making it highly efficient for pumping ytterbium-doped fiber lasers. Built-in anti-reflection protection for the 1020~1200nm band (30dB isolation) safeguards the chip against back-reflected light.
