The K940E02HN-10.00W is a 940nm, 10W fiber-coupled semiconductor (diode) laser from BWT. It delivers high-brightness output through a 105μm core / 125μm cladding multimode fiber with 0.22NA, a 1m fiber length, 0.9mm jacket and an FC bare ferrule connector. The module features a typical electro-optical efficiency of 51%, a compact 2-pin gold-plated package with mounting flange, and built-in anti-reflection protection covering the 1400nm~1600nm band with 30dB isolation, effectively protecting the laser from backward-propagating light. It is mainly designed as a pump source for fiber lasers and for scientific research applications.
