915nm 250W High Power Fiber-Coupled Semiconductor Laser K915-A0-250.0W-13522-D
The K915-A0-250.0W-13522-D is a 915nm 250W high power fiber-coupled semiconductor laser (diode laser) module developed by BWT. It delivers 250W of output power through a 135μm core / 155μm cladding fiber with 0.22 numerical aperture and a 2m fiber length, terminated with an FF fiber output head. The module offers a typical electro-optical efficiency of 50%, a typical operating current of 26A, and integrates a 1020~1200nm anti-reflection protection function with 30dB isolation, making it highly reliable as a pump source for fiber lasers. It adopts a compact gold-plated package (141×55×18mm) with two electrical pins (LD+/LD-) and requires constant-current drive and proper heat dissipation during operation.
