The K888BL9RN-170.0W is an 888nm 170W high power wavelength-stabilized semiconductor laser developed by BWT. It delivers 170W of fiber-coupled output power through a 200μm core / 220μm cladding fiber with 0.22NA and an HP-SMA905 connector. Featuring a narrow spectral width of 0.5nm (FWHM), a low temperature drift coefficient of 0.03nm/°C, a high electro-optical efficiency of 47%, and 1020~1200nm anti-reflection protection with 30dB isolation, the module is housed in a compact 80×76×15mm gold-plated package with a simple two-pin interface. It is an ideal pump source for solid-state lasers.
