888nm 120W High Power Wavelength-Stabilized Semiconductor Laser K888BL9RN-120.0W
The K888BL9RN-120.0W from BWT is an 888nm, 120W high-power wavelength-stabilized fiber-coupled semiconductor laser. It delivers a minimum fiber output power of 120W with a tightly locked center wavelength of 888±1nm and a narrow spectral width (FWHM) of only 0.5nm, achieved through advanced wavelength stabilization technology. The laser couples its output into a 200μm core / 220μm cladding fiber with 0.22 numerical aperture, terminated with an HP-SMA905 connector, achieving a high brightness of 0.17 NA (95% energy). With a typical electro-optical efficiency of 50%, slope efficiency of 10.5W/A, and built-in anti-reflection protection over 1020nm~1200nm with 30dB isolation, the module offers excellent reliability against back-reflected light from solid-state gain media. Housed in a compact, conduction-cooled package (80mm×76mm×15mm) with 2-pin electrical connection, it is an ideal pump source for solid-state lasers.
