The K878BL9RN-120.0W is an 878.6nm, 120W high-power wavelength-stabilized fiber-coupled semiconductor laser diode module from BWT. It features a precisely locked center wavelength of 878.6±1nm, a narrow spectral width of 0.5nm (FWHM), an ultra-low wavelength temperature drift of 0.03nm/°C, and up to 50% electro-optical conversion efficiency. Laser output is delivered through a 200μm core / 0.22NA fiber with an HP-SMA905 connector, and built-in 1020-1200nm anti-reflection protection with 30dB isolation safeguards the diode against back-reflected light. With its compact 80×76×15mm package, the module is an ideal, reliable pump source for solid-state laser systems.
