The K830F02FN-2.000W is an 830nm 2W fiber-coupled semiconductor laser diode developed by BWT. It delivers a minimum of 2W output power coupled into a 50μm core multimode fiber with 0.14 numerical aperture and an ST connector. Featuring a typical electro-optical efficiency of 45%, a low threshold current of 0.2A and a slope efficiency of 1.0W/A, the device combines high efficiency with low power consumption. Its compact 2-pin gold-plated package with four φ2.6mm mounting holes ensures easy and reliable system integration. With a center wavelength of 830±10nm, 6nm spectral width and only 0.3nm/°C wavelength temperature drift, this laser diode provides stable near-infrared performance for demanding printing and scientific research applications.
