K808DAHRN-25.00W 808nm 25W Fiber-Coupled Semiconductor Laser
The K808DAHRN-25.00W is an 808nm 25W fiber-coupled semiconductor (diode) laser module from BWT. It delivers 25W of fiber output power with a center wavelength of 808±3nm and a spectral width (FWHM) of 6nm. The module is available with 105/200/400μm core diameter fibers (0.22NA), features a 1020-1200nm anti-reflection band with 30dB isolation, and is terminated with an SMA905 connector. With a high electro-optical conversion efficiency of 48%, compact gold-plated package, and optional thermistor pins, it is an ideal pump source for solid-state lasers, medical equipment, and material processing systems.
