The K808DL9RN-150.0W is an 808nm 150W high power fiber coupled diode laser developed and manufactured by BWT (Beijing Kiplin Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.). It delivers a minimum output power of 150W at a center wavelength of 808±3nm through a 200μm core, 0.22NA multimode optical fiber with a standard SMA905 connector and 2.0m fiber length. The module features a typical electro-optical conversion efficiency of 42%, a spectral width (FWHM) of 6nm, a slope efficiency of 16W/A, and built-in anti-reflection protection for the 1020nm~1200nm band with 30dB isolation, which effectively protects the laser chip from backward light in pumping applications. Housed in a compact gold-plated package (76×80×15mm) with two soldering pins (laser anode/cathode) and four mounting holes, the device operates at 15°C~35°C baseplate temperature and requires constant-current drive and proper heat dissipation. All specifications are tested at 150W output power and 25°C. It is an ideal high-brightness pump source for solid-state lasers and is also widely used in medical and material processing fields.
