The K793DA5RN-80.00WN0N-20022F20EFF is a standard 793nm 80W fiber-coupled semiconductor (diode) laser module developed by BWT. It delivers a minimum output power of 80W at a center wavelength of 793±3nm through a 200μm core / 220μm cladding multimode fiber with a 0.22 numerical aperture, 2m fiber length and an FC bare ferrule connector. Featuring a typical electro-optical efficiency of 42%, a slope efficiency of 8.0W/A, and a built-in anti-reflection design covering the 1900~2100nm band with 30dB isolation, the module is well protected against backward light and ensures highly reliable operation when pumping fiber lasers. The compact gold-plated package (80mm×48mm) offers six electrical pins, including optional thermistor and monitor photodiode connections for temperature and power monitoring. Typical operating conditions are 10.0A drive current and 16.0V operating voltage at a base plate temperature of 20℃~30℃. It is an ideal pump source for fiber lasers and for scientific research applications.
