The K793DA5RN-50.00WN0N-10522F20EFF is a standard 793nm 50W fiber-coupled semiconductor (diode) laser module from BWT. It delivers a minimum of 50W output power through a 105μm core / 125μm cladding multimode fiber with 0.22NA, 2m length and an FC bare ferrule connector. The module features a center wavelength of 793±3nm, a typical spectral width of 3nm (FWHM), a typical electro-optical efficiency of 45%, and an integrated anti-reflection function for the 1900~2100nm band with ≥30dB isolation to protect the chip from back-reflected light. Optional thermistor and monitor photodiode pins are available in the compact gold-plated package (approx. 80×48×16mm). It is mainly used as a pump source for fiber lasers and in scientific research.
