It delivers a minimum 22W output power through a 105μm core / 125μm cladding, 0.22NA multimode fiber terminated with an FC bare ferrule, featuring a center wavelength of 793±3nm and a typical spectral width of 3nm (FWHM). The module integrates an anti-reflection (feedback protection) function for the 1900~2100nm band with 30dB isolation, and uses a compact 4-pin gold-plated package (laser anode/cathode plus optional thermistor pins). Two standard versions are offered: K793DAHRN-22.00WN0N-10522F10EFF with 1.0m fiber and 42% typical electro-optical efficiency, and K793DAHRN-22.00WN0N-10522F20EFF with 2.0m fiber and 45% typical electro-optical efficiency. Typical operating conditions are 10.0A operating current and 5.8V operating voltage, with a baseplate operating temperature of 20~30°C.
