This product is an integrated desktop machine vision measurement and inspection workstation. It consists of a top-mounted industrial digital camera housed in a red enclosure, a large-aperture ring LED illuminator aligned coaxially with the camera optical axis, a rigid vertical support column with an adjustable camera mounting height, a manual XY translation stage for sample positioning, and a black anodized optical breadboard base with a standard mounting hole array. The system delivers uniform, shadow-free illumination and stable, high-resolution imaging of workpieces, making it suitable for dimensional measurement, appearance inspection and precision positioning tasks in both laboratory and production environments.
