SIV5258-064 Series Multi-channel High-density Digital Current Source
SIV5258-064 series multi-channel digital current source integrates multiple channels of independently programmable power supply. Each channel supports a maximum output voltage of 6.5V and a maximum output current of 200mA, with a monitoring resolution of 0.001V. It provides real-time monitoring of output voltage and current, along with overvoltage and overcurrent protection alarms. The device is equipped with a LAN interface for remote control and features synchronous trigger signals for simultaneous channel settings. It is suitable for testing and debugging various integrated circuit chips and optoelectronic integrated chips.
