LCM-100 Launch Condition Meter
The LCM-100 is a compact and convenient instrument designed for scanning optical fibers. It utilizes Santec's software to scan and easily plot far-field patterns, enabling comparison to standard launch templates such as the IEC 61280-4-1 Encircled Flux standards. The device is equipped with two internal LEDs with wavelengths of 850nm and 1300nm, and features an internal 105/125µm O2.2 NA fiber for overfill testing in most applications. The optical interface of the instrument accepts all standard fiber sizes and ferrules, with other connector sizes available upon request.
