This power supply is a dedicated power supply matched for the optical film measurement system. It integrates an optical power supply, a multiplier tube high-voltage source, and a modulation motor power supply into one unit, providing stable power to the light source bulb and photomultiplier tube to ensure the measurement accuracy of the optical film thickness measurement controller. The bulb matched with this power supply is 12V, 100W (12V, 50W, 75W optional), and according to user requirements it can be configured with two outputs to respectively correspond to the upper and lower optical paths and the PbS power supply. This power supply features high precision, reliable performance, and simple operation.
