Single-mode polarization-maintaining fiber-coupled 1550nm SOA Fiber amplifier for optical switch applications
The semiconductor optical amplifier is designed for 1310nm and 1550nm, using a high-quality angled SOA chip and TEC for stable amplification across a broad input dynamic range. Its standard 14-pin butterfly package supports 1310nm and 1550nm bands. Features include high gain, high saturated output, low polarization-dependent loss, low noise figure and broad wavelength coverage. Input and/or output isolators and SM, PM or special fibers can be selected. The product is Telcordia GR-468 qualified and RoHS compliant.
