Multi-flow-path gas pretreatment system YCL Series
The YCL series is a multichannel gas sampling and pretreatment system with 1-20 flow paths for industrial multipoint online gas monitoring. It supports automatic sequential sampling and purification of 1~20 sample streams and works with various online gas analyzers. Integrated filtration, dehumidification, pressure regulation, flow stabilization, back-purging and intelligent control condition hot, humid, dusty or corrosive industrial gas into clean standard samples for accurate, stable measurements. One unit centrally monitors multiple points in chemical, metallurgical, power, new-energy and environmental applications. A multipath switching controller extracts samples for analysis and comparison. Configurations are selected for process complexity. Optional sampling probes obtain representative samples under high temperature, pressure, humidity and dust. Gas-liquid separation modules use different packing materials for interception and liquid removal. Condensation modules offer electronic or vortex-refrigeration cooling, with temperatures adjustable from 1℃-15℃. Drain pumps remove liquid under negative or atmospheric pressure. Filters offer membrane or depth types, visual inspection, demisting and water-blocking functions, various materials and multistage ratings. Interfering-gas removal modules use drying, adsorption or absorption. Pre-analyzer filters use membranes, cartridges or both for comprehensive protection. Sampling pumps accommodate different pressures. Multiple brands of conditioning modules, piping and valves provide configurations for different budgets and requirements.
