PF5 Inline analyzer RS2610PAT
The Jianzhi® RS2610PAT PF₅ online gas analyzer uses laser Raman spectroscopy for simultaneous online quantitative analysis of corrosive gases including PF₅, HCl, HF and POF₃. In fluorine chemistry, RS2610PAT has been used for online analysis of feed gases and exhaust gases in LiPF6 synthesis, supporting endpoint determination, feed-gas impurity analysis and early warning of abnormal reactions.
