Yellow quartz tube
Yellow quartz tubes filter out or absorb ultraviolet light while efficiently transmitting visible and infrared light, with good impact and high-temperature resistance. Coated quartz tubes improve laser energy performance, provide strong laser resistance and have firmly adhering coatings. The UV-filtering glass tube has a yellow surface and dark-yellow cross section. It retains the excellent physical and chemical properties of ordinary quartz glass tubing while filtering ultraviolet wavelengths of 190-380nm to avoid human exposure. Yellow quartz glass also resists deformation and cracking at high temperatures and high laser energies.
