Sapphire Window
Synthetic sapphire, also called white sapphire and having the formula Al2O3, is a corundum single crystal. As the hardest oxide crystal, it is widely used in high-performance optical systems and components because of its excellent chemical, electrical, mechanical, optical, surface, thermal and durability properties. It is also the most widely used synthetic single-crystal material in the semiconductor industry. The company supplies optical-grade sapphire and custom sizes with optical polishing, in diameters from 2-300mm. Coated sapphire crystals are available for aesthetic applications, with stock held in various sizes. Inquiries are welcome.
