Three-channel clearance radar ATOM-JK-300
Zhongke Yuanzi's laser clearance lidar uses ranging to determine the clearance between wind-turbine blades and the tower. It helps prevent tower strikes caused by complex terrain, wind conditions, cold fronts, typhoons and other difficult weather, maintaining safe turbine operation. The ATOM-JK-300 laser clearance lidar monitors blade-tip clearance in real time. Measurements at three blade positions accurately determine blade-to-tower clearance. When clearance approaches the specified minimum, the turbine controller can immediately reduce speed, feather the blades or take other protective action. On existing turbines, it helps prevent tower strikes and remove output restrictions on at-risk units to increase power generation. On future turbines, it can reduce blade costs and turbine design constraints.
