Fiber End-Face Processing BGFL-200-0.37-1.25-5mm-B
Fiber end-face processing strongly affects light transmission and requires coarse grinding, intermediate grinding, fine grinding and polishing. Our established processes support grinding of nonstandard fiber-connector ferrules in 2.5mm/1.25mm sizes, 3.17mm steel-jacketed needles (1.25 ferrules) and other types. Custom polishing angles include 0°, 4°, 8°, 30°, 45° and 60° to actual customer requirements.
