OHLD Series Disk Laser Driver Module OHLD-1000A
Mingchuang Optoelectronics' OHLD simplified butterfly laser driver module is designed for butterfly diode lasers, SOAs and single-mode pump lasers. Integrated diode drive and TEC control provide constant current and temperature control. High current accuracy, good constant-current performance, stable temperature and interference immunity combine with overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature protection. Compatible with mainstream 10PIN/14PIN LDs, it suits laboratories, manufacturer testing and research institutions, especially system integrators.
