LED-D1 Series (One Set: LED Light Source +1000mA Dimming Controller) LEDOTB-1000
The LED light-source module uses imported LED chips for stable performance without drift during extended operation. The LEDs emit cool light, causing almost no thermal-radiation-induced deformation of the workpiece and ensuring stable, reliable illumination. Technical notes: (1) The LED source has a 6mm-deep SM1(1.035"-40) female thread and the same outer diameter as SM1 lens tubes. It is compatible with SM1-threaded components, such as Ø1 inch lens tubes and cage-plate series, facilitating integration into cage or lens-tube systems. It can also provide transmitted illumination for microscopes in digital microscopic imaging systems. (2) Application example: (2) These mounted LEDs provide good thermal stability, eliminating the reduction in optical output power caused by rising LED temperature. Each LED has strip-shaped heat-dissipation grooves for improved cooling, reducing temperature by 10% to 15% for rapid cooling. They offer high reliability, high stability, strong interference resistance, good consistency and long service life. The complete set includes a single LED source, an LED dimming controller and a power adapter. The set does not include a lens; users should select a lens with a suitable focal length for the actual working distance. (3) The LEDOTB controller is a compact controller for adjusting the light intensity of collimated laboratory LED sources. It drives LEDs at a maximum current of 1000mA. A potentiometer knob with an integrated switch provides continuous dimming. The controller supports continuous constant-current operation (CW) and pulsed operation (PULSE, via SMA 5V TTL signal input). LEDOTB provides stable, reliable illumination for CCD camera exposure assistance and digital microscopic imaging systems.
