Institute 46's independently developed Panda PM fiber uses MCVD. Excellent polarization maintenance supports coherent fiber sensors, especially fiber optic gyroscopes. Attenuation, beat length and polarization crosstalk meet or exceed international standards, meeting varied requirements and gaining industry recognition. A dual-layer UV-cured coating provides stable thermal performance from -55°C~+85°C.
