High- and Low-Temperature Rapid Temperature Change Test Chamber RK-THX-100
The rapid high/low-temperature chamber offers customizable linear/nonlinear rates of 5℃/min～25℃/min. In-house controls, precision refrigeration design and manufacturing provide stability, efficiency and energy savings. Intelligent electronic expansion valves adjust refrigerant flow and electric-heating power (%) to load, matching automatic simulated heating/cooling output. A cascade compressor/condenser/evaporator/throttling system provides rapid cooling, while heaters provide rapid heating. Test purpose: Identify component operating and storage temperatures and approach design temperature limits and repeatedly expose products to severe conditions to reveal faults from latent design, manufacturing and component defects. Detecting and removing early failures allows delivery at the inherent reliability level, in the random-failure phase, ensuring quality.
