MTI104-640 uncooled infrared core
The 21mm standard mounting size, combined with a highly integrated compact mechanical structure, can be seamlessly embedded into space-constrained devices, creating more possibilities for overall machine design; the typical power consumption is only 530mW when CVBS is enabled and as low as 480mW when disabled, and the excellent energy efficiency ratio greatly extends the battery life of portable devices. The product is equipped with a high-performance vanadium oxide detector and a self-developed digital filtering and noise reduction algorithm, and can still present clear, low-noise high-quality images in low-light and low-contrast environments; it also integrates CVBS analog video output, USB digital video transmission, and UART serial communication interfaces, compatible with various system architectures, effectively simplifying the development and integration process. It can be widely used in many fields such as security monitoring, industrial inspection, power line inspection, scientific research and teaching, and drone mounting, helping users quickly and accurately obtain thermal information of target objects, thereby performing state monitoring, fault diagnosis, target identification, and other operations. Integrated design, flexible adaptation, providing rich interfaces including CVBS, USB, and UART (TTL), with built-in image processing functions such as gain control, digital noise reduction, and crosshair, specially built for miniaturized, low-power embedded thermal imaging systems.
