Overview
The Venus-MEMS Automatic Concordance System is an autonomous light-to-light smart device developed and produced by Hangzhou Qilong Technologies Ltd. for low-cost, high-performance applications for MEMS light switches. The system uses optimized algorithms; under conditions that guarantee light performance; improves light speed; and can effectively improve the productivity of plant producers. The test software is displayed through visualized images; the accuracy and clarity of the alignment of the device; and user-friendly access. This system applies to the production of MEMS light switches; light switch scanning tests, etc.; already a large number of services are available to a large number of producers. Venus-MEMS operating software and equipment are designed strictly in accordance with the product structure of optical devices; they are designed to be simple and easy to handle; and they allow new hands on production lines to operate easily through simple training. The automation equipment can help to increase the average labour output by between 1.5 and 1.5 times more efficiently than the current; to help enterprises reduce their production and delivery cycles; to reduce their dependence on manpower; and to save financial resources for enterprises. The Venus-MEMS operating software interface is simple and clear; it supports both Chinese and English languages; it can be changed at any time according to user needs; users can also master the corresponding operation in very short time. This test software responds quickly; adjusts easily; and is highly repetitious to light. After installation and debugging have been completed; the user needs only to click the "start" button; the automatic light-to-light of the device can be achieved; and the plug-in wear and tear is minimal. The equipment uses a precise transposition sensor; the thickness between the ducts can be accurately controlled. Software will also be tailored to client needs; maintain light data; include numbering; wear and tear; efficiency, etc. 1.1 Main characteristics 1, coupling speed. The application of 16 channel power meters; maximum compatible 16 channel light switches; 2 testing software to provide multiple mode of reconciliation; user-friendliness to adjust devices according to different needs; 3 hardware reconciliation platform cleanness and humanization; efficient production efficiency improvement; 4 stable optical platform to optimize algorithms; improved system alignment; 5 software interface aesthetic profiles, design sound; easy hands on the operator; hardware systems of the Venus-MEMS automated coupling system are divided into the following components; optical platforms, chording components; control boxes, voltage controllers, light sources, optical power gauges, ultraviolet lights, connected wires, etc. Optical platforms include substrates; chip TOO clips; calibration modules; power meters, etc. The calibration module also contains a package and a multi-dimensional motion system; a package is used to fix samples; and a multi-dimensional motion system locates samples to their optimal location under software control. The visual component uses an automated reconciliation platform; it can be switched back and forth with UV and image; it does not interfere with image or affect UV exposure solidification
