Overview
The Mars-SL micro-chip fiber-optic end interferometer is a non-contact device produced by the latest research and development of Quantified Technology; a manual focal interferometer. The equipment is designed to be miniaturized; no external power supply is required; it can be operated either outdoor or at the construction site. The device is capable of accurately and quickly testing the microsurface three-dimensional shape of the connector; compatible with all the single core connectors on the market; output parameters include a curve radius; fiber-optic height; top-point deviation; APC angles and keys, etc. Super-fast test speed Equipment normally; single test completed in about 0.3 seconds; one of the fastest interferometers on the market. A unique package design; allows interference signals to be easily found each time a sample is placed; no frequent focus is required. Once the test has been completed; auto-returns the high-resolution 3-D stereograph; two-dimensional colour and curved drawings; and visualized surfaces of the observation connectors for users. The outer size of the equipment is only 105 mm X 125 mm X 60 mm; the mass is only 1 KG; no external power supply is required; and it is used through USB. 3. Full test functionality Equipment with two interferometry kits; 1.25 mm generic and 2.5 mm general-purpose packagings; capable of testing almost all the core connectors on the market; including FC/PC; SC/PC; ST/PC; E2000/PC; FC/APC; SC/APC; ST/APC; E2000/APC; LC/PC; MU/PC; LC/APC; MU/APC; etc. The Mars series interferometry software, which is developed independently and with a technological leap forward; it enables the functionality and measurement precision of the Mars-ML and Mars-AT products. The equipment may also be used to test three dimensions of the end of the core; to include a curve radius; to offset the vertebrae; and to calculate its roughness; and to calculate parameters such as marks. This function can be used by a core manufacturer to perform end-to-end grinding control of products out of its plant; and to enhance the core production process. 5. PC/APC free switch by pressing the presses; immediately complete the switch in the PC and APC modes; easy to move. PC calibration through the eight-point rotation method; APC tests can be calibrated by reference method; and measurements are accurate and reliable. 6.
