Overview

The Jupiter-FO fiber-optic sequence detector is an autonomous smart device developed by Hangzhou Zilong Technologies to detect the fiber-optic sequencing of multi-core connectors. The device is capable of accurately and quickly identifying the current colour order of the "synthesis" and comparing it with the standard sequence set; and identifying the colour and order of the difference. The software operation of the device is simple; interfaces are friendly; it replaces eye recognition; it solves long-term observation fatigue; and it improves accuracy and consistency. Errors in wiring can be detected and warned at the front end of production; they have significantly reduced the occurrence of subsequent polar problems. Performance indicator 1, equipment test results are stable and reliable. 2. Response speed is extremely high; only 0.1s are required for each test. 3. Real-time monitoring without external trigger switches. Automatically determine the line order and indicate the wrong fiber position. 5. Automatic voice-tip detection results. 6. Automatically generate test reports and test data statements in Excel format; facilitate document management and printing
