NPBS
Non-polarizing beamsplitter prisms can maintain the polarization state of incident unpolarized light. Two high-precision prisms are cemented together, with a metal-dielectric interference film of relatively low absorption loss coated on the hypotenuse of one prism, so that the separation between Tp, Ts and Rp, Rs passing through is less than 10% or even 5%.
