The 2000nm In-line Polarizer is a Micro Optics device can be used to convert un-polarized light into polarized light with high extinction ratio. It can also be used to enhance the extinction ratio of signals. The In-line polarizer offers low insertion loss, high extinction ratio, high return loss and excellent environmental stability and reliability. It is ideal for high speed communication systems and test instrumentation applications.

PBS cube split randomly polarized beams into two orthogonal,linearly,polarized beams. S-polarized light is reflected at 90deg angle while P-polarized light is transmitted. Each PBS cube consists of a pair of high precision tolerance right angle prisms which cemented together with a dielectric coating on the hypotenuse of one of the prisms.

The polarizing prism splits incident unpolarized light into two orthogonal components. P-polarized light is fully transmitted, while S-polarized light is reflected at 45° and exits at 90° to the P beam. It consists of two high-precision right-angle prisms, with a polarizing dielectric coating on one hypotenuse.
