Modulated Laser Excitation Sub-Module
The Shanghai Hanyu CoLID series 1064/532/266nm high-power modulated laser source is a high-pulse-energy pulse burst source. It adopts a structure of semiconductor seed laser + dual-stage AOM chopping + EOM sinusoidal modulation + power amplifier (MOPA), then obtains 532/266nm lasers through nonlinear frequency conversion. Through optimized multi-stage optical amplification, it achieves high-energy, 5ns~150ns-level pulse width laser output, making it an ideal pulse burst source for microwave photonics.
