The Shanghai Han 1064nm directly modulated nanosecond (ns) short-pulse laser source has a built-in DFB or FP high-power semiconductor laser. Using a uniquely designed pulse drive circuit, it achieves short nanosecond (ns) pulses with high peak power through direct modulation, with a minimum pulse width of 0.5ns, a maximum peak power of 1W and a maximum repetition rate of over 3MHz. The pulse width and repetition rate are selectable, and the output pulse quality is excellent, making it an ideal seed source for MOPA-structured pulsed fiber lasers!
