Precision Direct Drive Rotary Table
The MHRS115 high-rigidity precision direct drive rotary table, with its high-performance coreless torque motor and precision-tuned angular-contact sliding-friction bearing system, provides the system with control resolution up to 0.02 arc sec. The extremely low, nearly linear sliding-friction resistance guarantees micro-step incremental motion, delivering outstanding positioning capability (steady-state error) better than ±0.08 arc sec and fast settling time (steady-state time) better than 25 ms. The MHRS115 uses a segmented coreless torque motor that reduces periodic torque ripple. This precision direct drive rotary table offers resolution up to 0.001 arc sec and ultra-smooth velocity stability comparable to high-quality brushed DC motors. Its low-speed performance is excellent, with position following error remaining better than ±0.5 arc sec even at extremely low speeds below 0.01°/s (36 arc sec/s). The MHRS115 precision mechanical rotary table uses brushless direct drive motor technology to maximize positioning performance and dynamic response. No brush replacement is required, and there is no need to maintain gear trains or belts. Compared with gear- or belt-driven mechanisms, direct drive also provides faster acceleration and higher response speed. The MHRS115 high-payload precision direct drive rotary table uses two large-diameter angular contact bearings; the unique wide-span design greatly reduces motion axis runout and improves system rigidity and repeatability. In addition, the large-diameter bearings can withstand greater payloads without affecting performance.
