Precision Direct Drive Rotary Table
The MDRT260 high-rigidity precision direct drive rotary table uses segmented coreless torque motor direct drive with a precision-tuned angular-contact sliding-friction bearing system, achieving control resolution of 0.02 arc sec, positioning capability (steady-state error) better than ±0.08 arc sec and settling time better than 25 ms; resolution up to 0.001 arc sec, with position following error remaining better than ±0.5 arc sec even at extremely low speeds below 0.01°/s (36 arc sec/s); the wide-span design using two large-diameter angular contact bearings reduces motion axis runout and improves system rigidity and repeatability, and the large-diameter bearings can withstand greater payloads; the table integrates T-slots for horizontal table mounting or connecting custom application-specific fixtures.
