PCR Fluorescence Detection Filter

The fluorescent PCR filters manufactured by Huibo Optics based on the plasma reactive magnetron sputtering (PARMS) process have the characteristics of high transmittance, deep cutoff, and high cutoff steepness. Through in-depth research on the luminescence characteristics of commonly used fluorescent dyes such as "Atto 425, FAM, SYBR, VIC, HEX, JOE, TET, TAMRA, Cy3, ROX, Texas Red, CY5, CY5.5", the filter spectrum design is optimized to reduce the cross-talk (cross-color) of multi-channel fluorescence detection to an extremely low level, and is widely used in real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) and digital PCR (dPCR).
