Precision Optical Scanning Mirror (Galvo Mirror)
The Precision Optical Scanning Mirror (Galvo Mirror) series consists of lightweight, flat reflective optics shown in octagonal and chamfered-rectangular geometries, designed for galvanometer-based laser beam steering. The polygonal shape reduces moving mass and moment of inertia, enabling high-speed, high-accuracy scanning. Visible coating options include gold-coated versions (gold-orange appearance) for broadband near-IR to far-IR reflection, and dielectric high-reflection versions (champagne appearance with colored edge) for specific laser wavelengths from UV to NIR. The mirrors combine high reflectivity, excellent surface flatness and fine surface quality to preserve wavefront fidelity and spot quality.
