Printing Light Source Forms and Applications: UV Light Source for Label Printing Machines (Letterpress, Flexographic and PS Plate) LPFA40012
Szlamplic labeling-machine light sources cover sheet-fed, roll-to-roll and narrow-web offset presses. A highly simplified design makes the complete UV LED source system straightforward and reliable. It uses standardized COB UV LED modules, DC-DC drive/control modules and aviation connectors, with PLC 0~24V control, 0~10V analog energy control and ON/OFF control. Optional connections include 485, 232 or PWM, with 365, 385, 395 and 405 wavelength options. Labeling machines have been a particularly active new application market in recent years, but mature products remain limited. Product form, structure and cooling matter, while integrated matching of power supplies and drive controls is the main challenge. Easy installation, especially for the large retrofit market, remains a key issue for label-printing sources. Improved labeling efficiency, accurate placement, good quality and high stability avoid slow manual labeling, skewed placement, uneven adhesive and wrinkles. They reduce paste waste and labeling labor costs, improve appearance and enhance product competitiveness. MAX labeling machines include CPM-100HC and PM-100A. CPM-100HC is a compact professional color label printer with 406dpi image resolution and advanced thermal printing for durable, fast and clear output. Its broad uses address identification, labeling and nameplate needs. Strong adhesion, resistance to peeling and fading, and weather resistance support production-site management, productivity, workplace appearance and standardized internal management. Professional in-house production reduces labor, material and financial costs. Bepop software includes a large library of graphics and examples conforming to international standards, supporting free selection and creative design.
