Equipment overview: The TS-LDX(W) arc ion coater is a standalone vertical or horizontal coating system using arc sources. Box-type and horizontal structures are available, with small arc sources, filtered arcs, large planar arcs or cylindrical arcs. Heating/baking and pulsed bias devices support multiple coating processes. Mature processing, high deposition rates and good cost effectiveness make it suitable for industrial coating.
