Equipment description: The TS-LJX(M) series magnetron/multi-arc combined coater is a vertical multifunction system for decorative and hard films. Features: Arc sources and magnetron sputtering cathodes are included. Arc-source options include small planar arcs, filtered arcs, large planar arcs and columnar arcs. Sputter cathodes can be planar, rotating or unbalanced-field types. DC, pulsed DC, bipolar pulse, AC or Hipims high-power pulsed supplies enable many functional films. Optional pulsed bias, ion-source pretreatment, hot filaments, hollow-cathode guns and heating/baking systems meet more demanding coating requirements. Adding evaporation coating also enables AF/AS antifingerprint films.
