BK7 and Fused Silica Glass Roof Prism
The Amici prism, also known as a 'roof prism' or 'right-angle roof prism', can invert and reverse the image and bend the line of sight by 90°. Suitable for applications requiring right-angle deflection and upright images, it is usually uncoated for TIR mode; when beyond the TIR limit, the roof surfaces can be coated with protected aluminum or internal silver, and the entrance and exit faces can also be AR-coated.
