Quartz Glass Ball Lens
The optical ball lenses manufactured by Shenjinling Optics maintain excellent quality for diameters from 0.25mm to 10.0mm. We use various optical glass with refractive indices from 1.40 to 2.10. Depending on the product application, high-precision surface finish can be achieved, with current surface quality down to 20/10 Ra1.2nm. In terms of visual appearance, the glass ball lenses manufactured by Shenjinling Optics can have scratch-free/dent-free surface finish at 30x magnification. To bring the quality of hemispherical lenses to an ultra-high level, our optical glass materials are sourced from world-famous brands such as SCHOTT, OHARA and SUMITA, well-known optical glass material manufacturers that strictly control the nd and vd values of the glass — one of the important reasons why our quality stays at the leading level.
