Overview
Small-diameter eddy current detectors are suitable for internal defect detection of metal pipelines below DN150 due to their high integration and compact size. The smallest diameter can pass through DN65 pipelines, and the new generation eddy current sensing probe it carries can quickly detect large-area metal corrosion and through-hole defects with a depth of more than 15% of the inner wall of the pipeline. Adopting a multi-section modular design, by adding or reducing cabin sections with different functions, different inspection requirements for multi-function, high precision or high passability can be achieved. Because of its high throughput and low pressure driving characteristics, it is particularly suitable for application scenarios in oil field gathering and transportation pipelines and urban gas pipelines
