Founded in October 2014, Zhongke Core Electronics Semiconductor Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of GaAs-based and InP-based microelectronic and optoelectronic MBE epitaxial materials. The company has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and other certifications, owns multiple mass-production MBE epitaxial wafer production lines and a full set of analysis and testing equipment, with an annual capacity of 80,000 wafers (equivalent to 2-inch) since 2022. Its products cover important applications in areas such as microwave RF, optical communication, lasers, detectors, etc., including PHEMT, HBT, APD, VCSEL and more, with some achieving international performance levels.
